Hooters Restaurants — Cardiff & Bristol
Restaurant fit-out, air conditioning and complete electrical installation.
Efermi carried out extensive works as part of the Hooters restaurant developments in Cardiff and Bristol, undertaking a significant proportion of the build works with particular responsibility for the air conditioning and electrical installations.
The works included the air conditioning installation and associated electrical works, together with the complete electrical installation, including the building's main incoming switchgear and electrical distribution.

SPAR — Shifnal, Shropshire
Complete refrigeration plant, refrigerated display equipment, cold rooms, electrical works, alarms and remote monitoring.
Efermi carried out the refrigeration installation for the SPAR store in Shifnal, Shropshire.
The project included the refrigeration plant serving the shop-floor fridges and freezers, together with the walk-in cold room and walk-in freezer. We also completed the associated electrical works for the refrigeration installation, along with refrigeration alarm systems and remote monitoring.

Griffin Windows — Treorchy
Air conditioning installation across 26 offices, associated electrical works and dedicated server room cooling.
Efermi installed air conditioning throughout all 26 offices at the Griffin Windows site in Treorchy.
The project included all associated electrical works for the air conditioning systems, together with dedicated cooling for the server room to provide reliable temperature control for critical IT equipment.
